Add a computer
The PC detects its Windows computer name and registers it with its first scan. Download an installer for one PC. Extract the ZIP on that PC, then right-click Install.cmd and choose Run as administrator.
Each download contains a unique device credential. Use it on one computer only. Automatic worker updates require a signing public key configured on the server; otherwise this installer collects inventory without automatic updates.
Download this installer againKeep this page open until you have saved the ZIP. After installation, remove the extracted folder and ZIP or store them securely.
Reports older than 48 hours are stale. “Not detected” reflects the last scan; warnings may mean coverage is incomplete.
